The Food Shack and Shack Tacos are run by Chef Eric Aymer of Get Stuffed and his menus specialize in tacos, burritos, sandwiches, bowls, and more. To delight the foodie in us all, Chef Aymer puts love in the creation of homemade sauces, hand-rolled burritos and seasonally curated daily specials to take advantage of the freshest local ingredients around.
